Groups create community, support and an energy that 1:1 sessions cannot provide. Groups are also more financially accessible and allow me to reach and serve more people.

The coaching relationship is a collaborative one, wherein the coach helps the client gain clarity, set goals, develop action plans, overcome obstacles, and make positive change.

Typically, participants range in age from mid-30s to 70s.

Recordings will be available for live group sessions.

Coach and client have an initial 30-minute “intro” call where the client shares their goals and we determine together if we are a good match. If it’s a mutual yes, the coach sends a plan which includes clear goals for the coaching engagement, sessions and payment. Schedule here.

Payment is handled through credit card, Zelle, Venmo or an invoice.

In addition to the group and 1:1 session, setting aside 1 hour of time each week to complete the exercises is recommended.

Virtual sessions offered over Zoom. 1:1 sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed upon times. Group sessions are held at a time that will work for everyone in the group.

14 days prior to the course start date you may request a refund.

Yes, once you are admitted, you will be added to the Facebook group for this course.

You are in good company. Many people pause in moments where they are going to step into the unknown and do something important for themselves. We recommend scheduling a 15-minute call with your Jill to get a better feel for the program.
