Your GTM team is moving faster than trust can build.
Sound familiar?
Newly promoted managers without the skills to lead.
Cross-functional teams that think they're aligned until they aren't.
Leaders stretched so thin they're reacting, not leading.
I help leaders…
Fix what the sales playbooks can’t fix. The communication breakdowns, the cross-functional friction, the trust that erodes under pressure.
Build skills in managers so they know how to lead, not just sell.
Create a team that moves through change without falling apart, because they have the human skills to navigate it.
I work with revenue leaders to build the human skills that change how people work with each other.
Trusted by leading organizations, clients, and employers:
“Since working with JW, we’ve seen the strongest group of front-line leaders our team has ever had. JW ‘s development approach, including the content and facilitation, played a key role in driving high levels of engagement — my team wanted to put in the work, there was real energy and excitement around it.”
- Stephanie Jenkins, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales
“Jill is conscientious, intelligent, even-keeled, team-oriented, and has a growth mindset. She is a leader that cares about organizations and people, and through that care and high standards, earns respect and helps others grow their careers. I'm fortunate for having had the privilege of working with her and having her help me and my team succeed.”
- Eric Sanders, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales
“I’ve attended many leadership development programs over the years, and what stood out about working with JW was the consistency in the quality of the content and the way it was brought to life through warm, engaging facilitation.
You could see the impact across our leadership team. Managers were actively coaching, using the tools in their day-to-day work, and we developed a shared language and a set of frameworks that the team continues to use.
Just as importantly, this work helped build trust and strengthen relationships across the team. It created more connection and improved cross-functional collaboration.”
- Kelly Berg, Vice President, Global Customer Experience
